Our penthouse can be completely separated from the rest of the house because it is designed so that it can function completely independently: it has a kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and a large terrace with a jacuzzi. To top it all of it has the best views in house, a stunning view of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.

The outdoor area is designed to be one with nature, it is a space for socializing and entertaining, where guests can enjoy the private pool and barbecue. After a day in the sun, relax in our private spa area which consists of a Swedish sauna, shower and toilet. A contemporary anti – burglary system and secluded location ensure guests maximum privacy.
All the floors, from garage to penthouse are accessible by elevator. The Villa is fully airconditioned and it has heated floors in all the bathrooms. Guests have access to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and towels. The private garage is in the basement and can accommodate up to four vehicles.
